1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mindful Reminder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mindful Reminder is a personal wellness application that delivers configurable notifications to help you pause, breathe, and practice mindfulness. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to permanently remove advertisements ("Remove Ads"). This purchase:

• Is processed by Google Play at a price of $0.99 (or local equivalent).
• Is a permanent, non-subscription purchase. Once purchased, it can be restored on any device signed into the same Google Play account via the "Restore Purchase" option.
• Is non-refundable after use, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These may be personalized based on your device information. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Shenbee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHENBEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
